It happens occasionally that certain people have problems opening a certain premium and most of the time I'm never able to solve the problem, but luckily there is a good workaround... All you ever have to do if you have trouble downloading a premium list is to let me know and I can email it to you directly. FYI, it will be the exact same file that lives on the web server, but I've found they always open when sent as an attachment even when people have trouble downloading it from the website, which makes me think that the file itself is not corrupted but that somehow it gets corrupted during your download for whatever reason.
