		<description>Hi Lauren, I&#039;ll also reply to you privately, but I&#039;ve been getting quite a few reports of this problem, and I&#039;m really not sure what exactly is going on but I have a hunch that it is affecting people who have upgraded to acrobat reader 9. I need to investigate more fully, but here is a workaround that seems to do the trick:

Rather than clicking on the link to open the file, RIGHT click on the link and choose &quot;save link as&quot; or &quot;save file&quot; or whatever variation displays on your computer. Save the file to your desktop and then open the file from that location. This seems to work, which proves to me that the file itself is not corrupt but that this is some kind of browser/add-in problem. Anyway, give this a try and I&#039;ll incorporate this advice into future premium list announcements.</description>
