Information about LMWA’s upcoming CKC/ASFA cert day:
It’s almost lure coursing season! In order to help you get your hounds ready to go, the Lower Mainland Whippet Association will be providing a day of certification runs:
Date: Sunday, May 23 at 10:00 a.m.
Location: Fraser River Heritage Park in Mission
Fee: $10.00 per dog (includes 1 practice run and 1 official certification run)Please arrange for a “by” dog for your certification run (no charge for the by dog). LMWA might be able to provide some whippets as by-dogs but we will need to know in advance if you require one. We will have CKC and ASFA certification forms available.
We’d appreciate it if we could get an idea of how many certification runs are required, so please let us know in advance if you will be participating.
