FGC Jul 1/2/3, 2011 CKC trials

6/27 Update:

Please note that due to unfavorable field conditions at the venue listed in the Premium List for our July 1, 2, 3 Field Trials we have moved to a new location. For those of you who ran with us in May, we will be using the same field. A printable file of directions to the field can be found on the club website www.rimouski.org/fgc under the Important Notice tab. This change in venue means we will not be able to adhere to the course plans as published, although we will make every effort to use them if possible. Should you have any questions, please email fgc@rimouski.org

Don’t forget that pre-entry closing for these trials is 5 PM on Wednesday June 28, 2011. As it has not been resolved when Canada Post workers will be delivering mail, we will continue to take fax entries at (403) 452-6869 and email entries at fgc@rimouski.org Fees for fax and email entries must be paid by close of post entries ½ hour before Roll Call. Remember that by entering in this manner you have shown intent to pay the fees and failure to do so will constitute a NSF charge as you are considered entered in the event and entry fees are unpaid.

Entries are filling up for our July 17 one day trial in conjunction with the Evelyn Kenney Kennel and Obedience Club show weekend. At this writing we have 17 hounds entered. The trial is being held across the road show site on one of the soccer fields and there will be no conflict with the hound judging at the all-breed show. Roll Call is at 1 PM and there is a limit of 40 dogs in the field trial, so enter early. Pre-entry closing for the trial is July 13, 2011 at 5 PM. Post Entries will be accepted only if we haven’t reached our 40 dog limit by Noon on the 17th.  As indicated above, we will continue to accept fax and email entries until mail service resumes.
