Here is an announcement from the club about the event:
Showcase your multi-purpose Sighthound on July 17th at the Foothills Gazehound Club Lure Field Trial to be held in conjunction with the Evelyn Kenney Kennel and Obedience Club show weekend July 15th to 17th. Show at the all breed show in the morning and then come lure coursing in the afternoon. See www.canuckdogs.com for information on the shows and associated specialties. The trial is being held across the road from the Evelyn Kenney and Obedience Club Show site on one of the soccer fields. Roll Call is at 1 PM and there is a limit of 40 dogs in the field trial, so enter early. Pre-entry closing for the trial is July 13, 2011 at 5 PM. Post Entries will be accepted only if we haven’t reached our 40 dog limit by Noon on the 17th.
We are not processing entries through the on-line services being used for show entries and cannot accept credit card entries. In case of postal strike, we will accept fax (403) 452-6869 or email entries fgc@rimouski.org, but they must be paid in cash or cheque by close of Post Entries at Noon on July 17th. By entering this way you have show intent to pay the fees and failure to do so will constitute a NSF charge as you are considered entered in the event and entry fees are unpaid.
We look forward to seeing you at our last trial of the 2011 coursing season.
Tally Ho!
