Beth, I seem to have figured out my problem with opening PDF files. Even though I had updated to the latest form of Adobe Reader, it turns out my default setting hadn’t changed, so the computer was trying to open these files with a much older version. So I chose “open with”, picked the latest version, which then asked me if I wanted to set it as the default, and all is well!
I know that WWRC’s dates aren’t listed but should be included as soon as posted on the NOTRA.org web site.
